Harris and Kedar have almost 40 years of experience between them; their careers as chefs have taken them across several continents from their upbringings in India and Nepal to Bristol where they have lived for over ten years.
Rock Salt is our dream project where we create our own menus and use local, respected suppliers. We can’t think of a better place to start the restaurant than Cotham Hill, a place well-known for the quality of its food and drink establishments and foodie locals – we will be in great company on this street.
Our unique selling point is that we serve authentic Indian and Chinese food under the same roof.
