Chef & Owner Kedar Subedi and the team have nearly a century of experience between them. Their careers as chefs, restaurateurs and bartenders have taken them across several continents and from his humble beginnings in Nepal Kedar is delighted to own his first restaurant in Bristol on the vibrant Cotham Hill, home to some of the best restaurants and bars in the land.
Our unique selling point is that we serve authentic Indian and Chinese food under the same roof by a kitchen team led by head chef Gajender Singh, previously of Nutmeg (Bristol) and Cinnamon Club (London). Bristol is a city full of food lovers who appreciate independent businesses that are doing something a little differently and we are proud to be part of it.
Our bar is open until midnight from Tuesday to Saturday and provides diners and drinkers with World-class, unique cocktails designed by Ben Salguero (restaurant manager) and Ed Sargent (general manager) created using homemade and local ingredients. It also has a diverse wine list with wines selected to pair with the food menu, including locally produced sparkling and rosé wine from Dunleavy Vineyards.
