After moving from India in 2008, Kedar came to Bristol with an interest in high-end cuisine culture. Cheffing across Bristol for over ten years, he now owns four businesses. Originally from Nepal, decades of experience in Asiatic cuisine allowed him to curate a dedicated team of chefs and front of house staff, marking a self-made contribution to Bristol’s culinary dining and drinking scene.
